Exhibition Terms and Conditions:

Only products, systems, applications or innovations related to technology and inventions in a given product or system skill field are exhibited.
-
The organizer will only provide a 5 'x 5' exhibition site with a long table, a soft board and two chairs for each exhibition site. Exhibitors may bring their own accessories booth (including electrical extension) subject to the total area of the exhibit provided.

Only two participants are allowed to take care of their booth at any one time. The organizer will provide the name tag along with the lanyard that the exhibitors need to wear during the exhibition. Lunch and coffee breaks at the hotel are only available to participants of the OSAIC 2019 Conference. Starting on 7th October 2019, only two packed lunches are given to each booth for two participants each day.

Exhibitors may begin installing their booth on 6th October 2019 after 2 PM and are required to pack and leave the exhibition site on 8th October 2019 at 6 PM.

The exhibition site cleanliness should be maintained at all times.
Syarat-syarat Pameran:
-
Hanya produk, sistem, apps atau inovasi berkaitan teknologi serta rekacipta dalam sesuatu bidang kemahiran produk atau sistem dibenarkan dipamerkan.

Pihak penganjur hanya akan menyedia satu tapak pameran seluas 5’ x 5’ dengan sebuah meja panjang, sebuah soft board dan dua buah kerusi untuk setiap tapak pameran. Pihak pempamer boleh membawa accessories booth (termasuk electrical extension) mereka sendiri tertakluk kepada keluasan tapak pameran yang diberikan.

Hanya dua orang peserta dibenarkan menjaga booth mereka pada satu-satu masa. Pihak penganjur akan menyedia name tag beserta lanyard yang perlu dipakai oleh pihak pempamer semasa pameran berjalan. Lunch dan coffee breaks di hotel hanya disediakan untuk peserta Konferens OSAIC 2019. Pempamer akan disediakan packed lunch oleh penganjur. Bermula pada 7 Oktober 2019, hanya dua packed lunch diberikan kepada setiap booth bagi dua orang penjaga booth setiap hari.

Pempamer boleh mula memasang booth mereka pada 6 Oktober 2019 selepas jam 2 petang dan dikehendaki mengemas dan meninggalkan tapak pameran pada 8 Oktober 2019 selewat-lewatnya jam 6 petang.
